Green diesel engines coming to a trucking stop near you

Pipersville, PA, New York, NY, January 20, 2012 -  The latest Magnetizer tests on large diesel engine trucks confirm the excellence of engineering and the superiority of design of our new Orange Prototypes for trucks with tight space within engine area (e.g. Cummins).

The Mundimex protocol for technical trials calls for emissions flue analysis test prior installation on idle and 2000 rpm, proper installation, a 20 KM trial ride post-installation and emissions test again (idle + 2000 rpm).

The technical trial successfully completed this week with the fleet of one of the world’s largest company have demonstrated that not only does the Magnetizer save fuel, but by eliminating pollution makes those large diesel generators “green.”

With this measured reduction of NO and NOx it may be possible (according to the laws of the land) for fleet owners to become eligible for carbon credits and/or other ecological grants.

To support this view here is a snapshot of only two trucks from the test population: a large Mercedes tractor, Model 2010, lowered NOx from 658 ppm to 165 ppm on idle and from 643 ppm to 224 ppm @ 2000 rpm, NO from 627 ppm to 155 ppm (idle) and 678 ppm to 216 ppm @ 2000 rpm. Another large truck, Volvo, Model 2010, lowered NOx from 513 ppm to 405 ppm (idle) and from 410 ppm to 210 ppm @ 2000 rpm, NO from 487 ppm to 385 ppm (idle) and from 364 to 199 ppm @ 2000 rpm.

These results will only improve with time, as Magnetizer requires 30-60 days Stabilization Period for full magnetic saturation at points of contact and for engine clean-up.

Mundimex expresses appreciation to all companies and personnel involved in seamlessly carrying such complex technical trials.

Holiday Season 2011-2012 is here!

Congratulations from MABFM’11

Somerset, NJ, November 3, 2011 – We would like to congratulate two winners of the Magnetizer raffle held at the 6-th Annual MABFM’11 (Mid-Atlantic Buildings and Facilities Management) Show & Conference.

The daily drawing at the Expo was to benefit attendees visiting our booth who dropped their business cards and entered to win their choice of either a Magnetizer Home Hard Water System or a Magnetizer Auto System.

The environmentally conscious Trade Show held annually in the Garden State Exhibit and Convention Center in Somerset, NJ, draws the attention of a vast audience of facility managers in the Tri-State and Greater New York Area, as well as the Mid-Atlantic Region. As in the previous year it has been the right platform to properly showcase the Magnetizer technology in our home area.

To make sure the raffle was impartial Jack Kazmar, Director, HVAC Apps, drew the winning business cards with the bowl placed behind him…

And the Lucky Winners Are:

Drawing on Day One (Nov. 2, 2011)

Mr. Edward A. Batcheller, Business Development, Apollo Group

Drawing on Day Two (Nov. 3, 2011)

Mr. Dave Jerzewski, Materials Handling Group, Tiffany & Co.

Congratulations to both winners!

Please contact us to claim and choose your prize and to give us your shipping information. Thank you.

Early morning on Day 2 at MABFM’11 (from left to right) Mike Bowen, Stefan Zawistowski, Jack Kazmar. Absent: Dan Tuck manning the booth on Day One and Jeff Bowen taking the photo.

Increased magnetic flux = decreased energy cost!

New York, NY, Aug. 23, 2011 – Announcing the new addition to our family of the leading fluid conditioning magnetic products: magnetic system ten (10) times more powerful then the legendary Magnetizer.

We have managed to harness the power of sequential magnetization and to focus the gradual pulse of magnetic flux in a mono-polar fashion towards the passing fluid. Our unique and proprietary sequential magnetization method is the most efficient method in effective conditioning of liquid media currently available.

Thus the first link, the new Mundimag® systems are used to inject extremely strong magnetic flux in order to stimulate (vibrate) molecules. These are 45 mln Gauss-Oersted systems—from the same patented mono-polar family (with standard asymmetric magnetic field distribution of its piles)—ten (10) times the strength of the second link! The latter, comprising of the Magnetizer units (4.5 mln Gauss-Oersted energy units)—utilizes this unique and patented magnetization principal in order to accept and pulse the magnetic flux further upstream. This specific & unique agglomeration of magnetic flux in pulsating sequential magnetization method guarantees the most efficient fluid conditioning treatment in the world today.

A preferred method of magnetic fluid treatment among the world’s top corporate Clients–used by Fortune 500 multinational companies to maximize production.
