An important IATF 16949:2016 Certification has been accorded to magnetic material deployed in the MAGNETIZER® technology.
We have always been proud of the quality of the MAGNETIZER® products. This, together with the monopolar method of fluid conditioning, has kept it apart from other devices on the market, including the knock-off copies. The integral part of this quality paradigm is the magnetic material used in our technology.
We are pleased to announce that the state-of-the-art ceramic plastic alloy magnets deployed by MAGNETIZER® achieved IATF 16949:2016 Certification following a detailed independent audit conducted by BSI Management Systems, a global leader in management systems registration.
IATF 16949:2016 certification is a global technical specification and quality management system that aligns existing quality standards within the world automotive industry and is based on ISO 9001: 2016. This standard is generally recognized as one of the most stringent quality standards in the global marketplace.
The IATF 16949:2016 standard focuses on continuous improvement and specifies quality system requirements for the design, development, and delivery of products. It emphasizes defect prevention and reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain.
In order to achieve this certification, the magnetic material deployed in MAGNETIZER® technology and its manufacturing process demonstrated top-notch quality systems in all critical areas, including:
Process Analysis and Improvement
Supply Chain Development
Management or Organizational Performance evaluation
We believe it is a testament to the high level of quality as well as dedication to excellence that has come to define the entire MAGNETIZER® product line.
As an innovative ecological engineering firm, our mission is to bring savings and reduce the energy consumption (fuel, water, electricity) to environmentally sustainable businesses and households through the use of the most efficient monopolar “free-energy” design behind the Magnetizer® technology.
