CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORMATION
Mundimex accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No surcharge will be incurred for using your credit card to make a purchase. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number that your card issuer has on file. Incorrect information may cause your order to be rejected or refused. Your credit card will be billed at checkout.
COMPANY/PERSONAL CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS OR CASHIER’S CHECKS
Mundimex accepts checks or money orders in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. Personal and company checks will require up to 10 business days after receipt for clearance of funds before your order is processed. A twenty-five dollar ($25) fee will be charged for any returned check resulting from insufficient funds. If paying by check be sure that there are at least 15 business days before your event or your order will need to be cancelled since we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in time for your event.
MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
Mundimex will make every attempt to ship all products together however; it is common for products to ship separately as some products have quicker turnaround than others. If an order is split into multiple shipments all products should arrive within a couple days of each other to the ship to location that was provided. We will also provide tracking numbers for each group of products.
All orders ship via UPS using standard ground delivery or via DHL for international small packages (4-5 business days delivery time). For larger and palletized shipments overseas we use our logistical partners at JFK Airport and service all major airports around the world. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or late shipments due to inclement weather or lateness affected by unforeseen natural disasters.
