Starting in 1985, for over 20 years, Magnetizer® was in research and development mode regarding magnetic fluid treatment in general and application-specific system optimization. Through the years we have defined and refined proper protocols—based on the scientific principles—of how to treat fluids with magnets.
When a properly focused magnetic field is applied to a hydrogen-based fuel, the hydrogen is converted from the para- (less volatile) to a more volatile ortho- state. This potentiates fuel so that the hydrogen attracts and bonds with more oxygen. Getting the oxygen to bond with the hydrogen is necessary for complete combustion. When this happens, we burn more fuel and that reduces exhaust emissions and increases fuel efficiency – better fuel economy and power. More on the theory of its operation you will find here.
Fabricated in the same process as for the heavy-duty truck engines, the Magnetizer® RVEF-G engine fuel saver system for Class-A Gas motorhomes can save 10-20% gasoline fuel. The “RVEF-G” system comprises the revolutionary, patented, metal Flux Driver Plate® and the latest generation, state-of-the-art, ISO 9001 standard, permanent magnetic ceramic alloys, wrapped in proprietary foil material and encapsulated in Commercial Grade-A plastisol. The final product needs no energy to operate, or modifications of the air intake, fuel, or coolant lines it is non-invasively attached to. As such it will not waver any manufacturer’s warranty while it will bring a lifetime of benefits.
In order to properly treat the engine, our exclusive three-component approach creates the most advantageous conditions in terms of efficiency and emissions.
The “RVEF-G” system treats the air, fuel, and coolant utilizing Magnetizer’s highest quality and unique magnetic components. Apart from that, the system includes additional road and truck-proven units to treat transmission coolers as well as power steering for much better and easier driving.
Each component is clearly marked on its shipping box containing plastic ties and a link to installation instructions.
NOTE: Our standard kit contains the air intake energizer system good for a line of up to 3 inches outside diameter (OD). If your air intake has an OD of 4 inches or 6 inches, you need to purchase an additional ”TMP-NEG” unit ($60.00). It is sold separately and for your convenience and minimum effort included as a related product on Mundistore.
It takes an hour to two to install the system. It is a DIY kit, but if you feel intimidated, any mechanic will do it according to clear instructions.
Before your installation, you may want to check your emissions, so after the installation, already about 20 miles with the system on, you can measure emissions again. You should see the improved engine work, i.e. the reduction of the emissions.
Please keep in mind that for full benefits you need to have at least 1600 miles driven so that the Magnetizer® will magnetically saturate all metal parts. This has been established over the years by our factory as the required Stabilization Period*.
Also, you will need to change air and oil filters during or after that period, depending on their cleanliness, in order to obtain the best results.

*In the engine fuel-air-coolant treatment by Magnetizer® the Stabilization Period is the amount of time it takes to dissolve the carbon/varnish build-up and magnetically saturate all the steel parts between fuel units and the combustion chamber. It is factory-recommended time allowed to saturate metal parts magnetically and clean the internal parts of carbon varnish, allowing the engine to show greater than the normal amplitude of savings. The economy may initially fluctuate as the carbon and varnish are gradually eliminated during the Stabilization Period. After stabilization, the engine will run smoother and start easier. The Stabilization Period lasts approximately 30 days or 1,600 miles. The economy/performance will increase over that period resulting in higher efficiency. In gasoline engines, the Magnetizer® Engine Energizer Systems provide engines with “HIGH-TEST” performance while using Lower Octane Gas, thereby creating even greater savings.
