Testimonial: about Magnetizer installation in the station of ion softeners on raw water and after anion exchangers.
Introduction: We use considerable water passing through ion exchangers to produce medicine. In water directed for usage, the number of bacteria contained in it is significant apart from chemical parameters. Quality requirements demand to maintain the [bacteria] colony amount below 1000. Through the trial, we have concluded that the mentioned amount can be maintained only if we rinse the pipes after ion exchangers two times weekly with a sub-chloride solution, as well as if we limit the work of ion exchangers to 72 hours (successive regeneration of ion columns also annihilates bacteria). During rinsing, those columns’ results are stopped for 1.5-2 hours, whereas such downtime creates production problems.
Changes occurring after Magnetizer installation: on 11.22.2001, several rings of Magnetizer pieces were installed in two places in the sector of production of water softened by ion exchangers according to directions of the company Mundimex Magyarorszag Kft. Upon trials, we sought the best place to work for Magnetizers.
Due to the complicated character of the system after the third trial, we succeeded in finding it. The advantage of this device is, without a doubt, that it can be installed without the necessity to modify the installation, only by snapping to the outside of the pipe.
Before the installation and after it, we carefully measured daily the growth of the bacteria colony. The results confirmed expectations – 80-90% of bacteria colonies were reduced.
After tallying results at the end of February 2002, we purchased these devices and have been continuously using them since then. We also lowered it by half and subsequently eliminated the amount of sub-chloride used to disinfect installations. Despite this, we still have maintained the biological cleanliness of the water.

( I was asked to give a review in this section, a copy of a comment I wrote. But because I personally only have mounted Magnetizers EPM system on gasoline engines, this will only be my assumptions regarding both diesel engines and GDI engines, based on the good results achieved with Magnetizers EPM system on my -03 Corolla 1,6.)
For so many years, to be driving as you have an egg under your foot has been the advice to get best fuel economy. But when it comes to diesel engines, they don’t like lurking around at low speeds for short periods. (City driving) It’s a recipe for diseaster. At least without Magnetizers system to make it a lot less possible for EGR-valves and DPFs to clog up! Not to mention what happens to GDI-engines over time, when soot bakes on to the intake valves! It’s more important than ever to improve the combustion process, and to use the Magnetizer EPM system is a very good method to do so, in addition to catch cans.

Great product – we’re enjoying our green car – emissions are non-detectable and gas savings hovering around 20%.
