Here’s a summary of the key points:

  1. Permanent Dipole Moment: The technology imparts a permanent dipole moment to fuel molecules by applying a powerful, focused monopolar charge, which helps break apart clusters of molecules and reorganize their molecular structure in a desired way.
  2. Para-to-Ortho Conversion by the monopolar MF (magnetic field) changes the electron spin and hydrogen’s isomeric para-hydrogen form to a more volatile (combustible) ortho-hydrogen form. This conversion destabilizes long molecules, making them easier to break up, ionize, and atomize, resulting in smaller, more combustible hydrocarbon species.
  3. Improved Oxygen Bonding: MAGNETIZER® attracts oxygen atoms to the hydrocarbon molecules, enhancing oxygen bonding and fuel oxidation, which can lead to a more efficient combustion process.
  4. “RVEF-D” Fuel Saver For Class-A Diesel RVs took years to hone. Starting in 1985, for over 20 years, Magnetizer® was in research and development mode regarding magnetic fluid treatment in general and application-specific system optimization. Through the years, we have defined and refined proper protocols—based on scientific principles—of how to treat fluids with magnets.

When an adequately focused magnetic field is applied to a hydrogen-based fuel, the hydrogen is converted from the para- (less volatile) to a more volatile ortho-state. It potentiates fuel so that the hydrogen attracts and bonds with more oxygen. Getting the oxygen to bond with the hydrogen is necessary for complete combustion. NOTE: Our standard kit contains the air intake energizer system suitable for a line of up to 3 inches outside diameter (OD). If your air intake has an OD of 4 or 6 inches, you need to purchase ($60.00) an additional “TMP-NEG” unit. We sell it separately for your convenience and, with minimum effort, include it as a related product in the Mundi store.

It takes an hour to two to install the system. It is a DIY kit, but any mechanic will do it according to precise instructions if you feel intimidated.

Before your installation, you may want to check your emissions, so after the installation, already about 20 miles with the system on, you can measure emissions again. You should see improved engine work, i.e., emissions reduction.

Before Installing MAGNETIZER® “RVEF-D” Fuel Saver For Class-A Diesel RVs

A. Technical condition of the engine – check compression pressure in cylinders following given engine type and equal for all cylinders, “healthy” distribution system – chain or belt not over loose, which causes changes in distribution phases. Ignition of particular cylinders is moved concerning the adjustment of the crank-shaft with equally stabilized revolutions – otherwise, engine work can be uneven and chaotic.

B. Feed injection system – check that the dose of fuel fed to cylinders should be directly proportional to the requirement for the amount of rotary moment – If the elements of fuel feed badly doze fuel, then the air-fuel mixture is either rich or lean, and the engine also works poorly.

C. Air feed system – the air filter is essential since the air access is poor if it is dirty or dusted, and the air-fuel mixture is rich in fuel. The engine does not burn much fuel due to lack of oxygen, whereas MAGNETIZER® satisfies the oxygen requirement of the air-hungry engine. To burn 1 kg of gasoline, one has to deliver 15 kgs of air, which a filter has to offer (filter out). It is even more important for cars with turbochargers for this to work well. 

D. Electrical system and spark plugs. Proper spark energy on electrodes. Magnetically prepared fuel combines with oxygen from the air, and such a mixture has to be burned quickly.

E. Exhaust system not tapped by braking down muffler or not tight and not producing over-pressure, which hampers sufficient filling up of cylinders with air-fuel mixture and the engine is weaker.

Please remember that you must have at least 1600 miles driven for full benefits so that the Magnetizer® will magnetically saturate all metal parts. Our factory has established it over the years as the required Stabilization Period*.

Also, depending on their cleanliness, you must change air and oil filters during or after that period to obtain the best results.

*In the engine fuel-air-coolant treatment by Magnetizer®, the Stabilization Period is the time it takes to dissolve the carbon/varnish build-up and magnetically saturate all the steel parts between fuel units and the combustion chamber. It is the factory-recommended time allowed to soak metal parts magnetically and clean the internal components of carbon varnish, allowing the engine to show more significant savings than the average amplitude.

The economy may initially fluctuate as Magnetizer® gradually eliminates the carbon and varnish during the Stabilization Period. After stabilization, the engine will run smoother and start easier. The Stabilization Period lasts approximately 30 days or 1,600 miles. The economy/performance will increase over that period, resulting in higher efficiency. In gasoline engines, the Magnetizer® Engine Energizer Systems provide engines with “HIGH-TEST” performance while using Lower Octane Gas, thereby creating even more significant savings.
